These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the p222 platform, including all games, payment services, bonuses, and customer support. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active p222 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. p222 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.
To access real-money gaming features on p222, you are required to complete the registration process. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid Philippine mobile number and a password meeting p222's security requirements. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of it changes.
p222 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. p222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). p222 does not accept cryptocurrency transactions.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and GrabPay are credited to your p222 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. p222 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day, subject to the operating hours and processing times of the receiving bank. p222 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests exceeding prescribed thresholds as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
p222 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance procedures. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. p222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable regulatory requirements. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to your account prior to the effective date of such changes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from any content on the p222 Platform without the prior written consent of p222. Any unauthorized use of p222's intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.
p222's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p222 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other intangible losses, even if p222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, p222's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your p222 account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The p222 Platform integrates third-party services including game studios, payment processors, and technology providers. p222 is not liable for failures, errors, or interruptions in these third-party services. Each third-party provider is governed by its own terms and conditions.
p222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe; (d) behavior that p222 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or disruptive; (e) regulatory instruction or court order; or (f) any other reason that p222, in its sole discretion, considers appropriate to protect the integrity of the Platform.
You may request the voluntary closure of your p222 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts undergoing active fraud investigations or regulatory reviews may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.
Upon termination of your account, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Any pending bets placed prior to termination will be settled in accordance with these Terms and the applicable game rules. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon termination.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and p222, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through p222's customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the matter.
Players may also raise complaints with PAGCOR in respect of matters within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction over the p222 Platform.
p222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided via email to your registered address, via an in-platform notification, or by posting a notice on the p222 website — no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such changes, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory instruction.
Your continued use of the p222 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
